The long awaited debut album by WELCOME TO HOLYLAND released on March 24, 2023 by CONSOULING SOUNDS on Digisleeve CD.

Contains six tracks of heavy, low and slow music, taking you on a trip into the darkest corners of your mind A pounding mix of doom, stoner and sludge, for fans of CONAN, BONGRIPPER and YOB.

OMINOUS was recorded live in the rehearsal room under the guidance of Jonas Nyaarr from GO TO ELEVEN, who also did the mix and mastering.

Although the album still sounds as raw and heavy as the demo, an evolution can be heard in which WELCOME TO HOLYLAND deviates slightly from the long monotonous minimalism of the demo to slightly more compact and variated songs.

Welcome to Holyland is a stonerdoom band from Aalst, Belgium. Started somewhere in 2015 with the intention to make heavy loud slow music. Debut album "OMINOUS" is out now on Consouling Sounds
