"Lares" is in its shortest form a breeding of ritualistic deathambient in a very dark form. Best it is heard alone in a darkened room. Deep invocations and chants from behind pulsate up and down, together with a bit of drumming (but not really rhythmic more minimal and sparse with outbreaks and sudden climaxes. First track is an intro, second goes deeper. The third with more noise-influence and distortion (the most long and dense track). In the fifth track then there occur some rhythms. Last track #7 includes the ritual that finishes the disc. For fans of the death-ambient sector it\'s a must. But also believers in PE/Noise/Industrial and Ritual will find faith in that really dark album! I had to hear it very often to find the right words as a description. Took me a month. Hope to have interested you in "LARES"!"
