Snarky Puppy is one of my favorite jazz bands of recent years. This song "Da Da Da" is easily 1 of my favorites out of their catalog.
This song is in a 6/8 and 5/8 time signature. I chopped it out of those time sigs and made it into 4/4 and then flipped it into some soulful house.
I had a lot of fun with this 1. Most folks don't have the patience to do this kind of editing and make it sound seamless. Also, I have the ability to create stems now. So I could separate the vocals from the music. Very fun indeed. Hope you all enjoy!
