This is a humble tribute to Manu Dibango's memory. I discovered this track recently and loved the fusion of jazz, African, and Caribbean vibes. I wanted to create an edit from the original version to be able to play it in my sets.

DJ-friendly edit with full wrapping, intro lengthening, outro adding, and parts messing. Some instruments were replayed to keep the original vibe with a more dynamic and modern sound.

Emmanuel N'Djoké "Manu" Dibango was a French/Cameroonian musician and songwriter. He developed a musical style fusing jazz, funk, and traditional Cameroonian music. He's famous worldwide for “Soul Makossa” which has been sampled by Michael Jackson and Rihanna among others. "Besoka on Salsa" was originally released in 1976 and has appeared on several compilations.
