3 years later, the title track of this EP becomes a Tik Tok meme and the more people have been exposed to it than ever before. What an interesting turn of events. I wonder how it'll be interpreted moving forward!

About Never:
Never is a short trip through the musings of a then 24 year old Mag.Lo as they sing and rap through sentiments about cell phone dependency, a regretful psychedelic trip, recognizing and challenging a personal romanticization of Japanese culture and relearning what it means to know a culture including ones own, and many other introspective themes. Quick quips, fun word play, intricate and groovy instrumentals can be found all throughout this 25 minute EP.

"I've been trying to figure out how to put another collection of songs together for the last year and have struggled extensively with trying to make time for music and work. In the end, I decided music is what I want to do full time and there's no use working away at a full time job if you're not growing your skills in what you love."
