"Running In Circles" was born from a deep and visceral need to express myself, to bring out my way of drawing what I see and feel within me.
Although the songs hark back to inner worlds of suffering and are often critical of the reality around me, among the nuances and colors of the music and lyrics there’s an eye that shyly investigates the world and courageously questions itself, opening up to the possibility that perhaps, something new and different can still permeate reality.

It is a circular narrative, a spiral that gradually leads us, hand in hand, to gently and carefully feel the shortness of breath of those who see society running without ever stopping, blind and deaf to the calls for help of those who inhabit it, of those who try to get out of the circular thoughts that lead us to always retrace the same paths.
It is an invitation to stop, to listen and hear, to look, and to take good care of things and people. Exploring the themes of doubt, the relationship between one body and another, anxiety, and alienation, the record is a journey within oneself that occurs through the ups and downs of life, in an atmosphere of fragility, tenderness, and hope.

Guinevere is an Italian artist, singer and songwriter.
Art has always been at the core of her attention. She became passionate about music, analogue photography, theatre, painting and sculpturing.
In 2021 she collaborated with producer and instrumentalist Matteo Pavesi (Alice Phoebe Lou, Eugenia Post Meridiem).
In March 2023 “Running in Circles” was released by La Tempesta Dischi/Believe.
