"Trucks Don’t Dance" is a collection of music composed by Graham Reynolds to accompany performances by Forklift Danceworks. A community-based dance company, Forklift Danceworks is known for large-scale civic spectacles featuring workers and the skilled movement of their daily lives. Reynolds, an Austin-based composer, bandleader, and improviser, has written music for 16 Forklift productions. "Trucks Don’t Dance" celebrates Reynolds’ scores and the performances of city sanitation workers, electrical utility workers, university campus employees, and parks and recreation staff.

Austin-based composer-bandleader-improviser Graham Reynolds creates, performs, and records music for film, theater, dance, rock clubs, and concert halls, with collaborators ranging from Richard Linklater and Jack Black to DJ Spooky and Jeffrey Zeigler. Graham recently signed with London-based label Fire Records and released his score for Hitchcock’s silent classic, The Lodger, in October 2020.
