Future Disco steps up for what is now the fifth edition in the series 'Downtown Express'. Over the past twelve months the disco sound and it's new offshots and fusion has had a wider reach than ever and Future Disco has once again captured that journey in a specially editted mix. The collection features current and future stars of the growing Disco sound with stand out acts including Crazy P, Metronomy, Tensnake, Benoit and Sergio and more. Future Disco has achieved a cult following across the worlds of music and fashion over its four years of releases. Awarded iTunes album of the year 2009, they have crafted a winning formula exploring the boundaries of contemporary house and disco music achieved through each creative mix. The Future Disco series has become a barmoter of current dancefloor trends, while picking up on future production talents. This enables the collections to have a longer shelf life than many other compilations.
