This is an album consisting of music created for House Flipper developed by Frozen District. During the game you take a role of a one-man-renovator to clean, repair and renovate various apartments. You can buy the game on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/613100/House_Flipper/

The main idea behind the music was to create soundtrack that would be very positive and uplifting and would balance on being not very intrusive and inspiring for work. We made a few layers for each track that would also evolve with player's progression in every repaired house. In each track of this album two of those layers were mixed, but it's subtle.
