UK don ENiGMA Dubz is back on DDD with Machine Learning - a concept EP that could redefine dubstep and bass music.
AI is dominating the news agenda and changing our day-to-day existence with every passing moment. We constantly hear use cases of AI imitating humans, but what about a human re-imagining AI?
With Machine Learning, ENiGMA Dubz is the human within the machine - engineering and creating dubstep music as if he was an AI entity becoming more intelligent with every passing week until sentience is realised, yet every element of the composition is man made.
Across the four tracks from ‘Week 1’ to ‘Week 4’, and enticing atmospheric interludes, the audio experience becomes more complex, with recurring themes, sounds and melodic passages being interwoven within the AI’s consciousness - all underpinned by customary ENiGMA Dubz bass pressure and production prowess at 140 bpm.
The release also sees the ENiGMA Dubz go on the Machine Learning Tour across the US and UK in March, ending at the London’s iconic fabric nightclub as part of Caspa and Rusko’s line up. Full stops include:
