The Space Scavengers duo returns to Cold Tear Records sixteen months after their seminal LP, "Above and Beyond", in order to present their collaboration with Dusty Shape, who is a music producer and synthesizer aficionado also hailing from Thessaloniki, in full scope. Dusty Shape, formerly known as Dusty Phase, has crossed roads with the duo before: "Urban Balconies" included in "Above and Beyond" album was the very first fruit of the promising collaboration which begged for deeper unraveling. This latest EP, aptly named "From Dust To Space", explores all possible relations between dub techno and deep, melodic variants of techno and house. Cold Tear Records is a label based in Lithuania, releasing various electronic music since 2010, mostly focusing on Dub Techno, Deep Techno, Ambient, but also Electronica, Drum & Bass styles.
The label was founded by Evaldas Azbukauskas, an electronic music producer from Lithuania known as Giriu Dvasios, Tamsis, System Error and Džiunglių Dvasios.
