Catching Flies - real name George King - returns with his new track ‘True Colours’ - a slice of catchy yet sophisticated electronica. It’s highly textured, deeply melodic and effortlessly marries live instrumentation (guitars, sax, a string quartet) with warm electronic beats. The track is accompanied by an AI-assisted video made by Damien Roach aka 555-5555. ‘True Colours’ Part 2 features Erick The Architect (Flatbush Zombies) and UK rapper Lord Apex and is due for release on 19th May.

Catching Flies is producer and multi-instrumentalist George King. Blending soulful melodies with deep, bass-heavy electronics, he has released on Ninja Tune, Anjunadeep and Cercle. Recent highlights include a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. Supported by artists including Bonobo, Diplo, Solomun, Keinemusik, Jungle, Nils Frahm and Loyle Carner.
