One of my fans actually described the tone of this project better than I could. It's about accepting change, as not all change is good or bad. Life transitions whether we like it or not. It's our choice to acknowledge it, embrace it, and move to our potential.

The music on this record was first written three years ago in my oceanside hometown, Cape May, NJ. I never released it out of fear, because it sounded different from my old music. As I went back home year after year, I kept editing and adding to these songs. They're an accidental mood journal of my time there; an acknowledgement of how we grow even if we aren't sure that we want to.
